We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer- focused Reservation Assistant to join our team and handle guest reservations, inquiries and provide excellent service across all channels.
What you will do:-
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, website and online travel portals
- Process bookings, cancellations and modifications.
- Provide accurate information about rooms rates and offers
- Maintain reservation reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest issues

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
