Role Summary

Conduct outbound international B2B calls and online research to verify, update, and manage core business data in our software database.

Key Responsibilities

- Make international outbound B2B calls to global companies and business professionals.

- Verify and validate company information over the phone and via internet research.

- Collect and accurately update business data, websites, and contact numbers in the database.

- Maintain clean records, follow calling processes, and handle skilled conversations politely.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Fresh graduates only (BMS/BBA preferred; English-medium background is an advantage).

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English with strong phone etiquette.

- Technical:



Proficiency in MS Excel, web browsing, and data entry.

- Mindset: Comfortable with international B2B calling, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
