: Head of Accounts

- Position: Head of Accounts / Accounts Head

- Location: Hyderabad (Kondapur / Secunderabad region)

- Qualification: Qualified CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) from ICMAI

- Experience Required: 5+ Years of post-qualification experience in financial management, taxation, and statutory compliance within a corporate environment.

- Industry Preference: Security Services, Facility Management, or Service Operations (preferred).

Key Responsibilities1.

Financial

Management &

- Reporting:

- Oversee the end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely closing of books (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, Profit &
- Loss (P&L;) statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow forecasts to top management.

- Monitor budgeting processes, variance analysis, and cost-control measures across operational branches.

2. Statutory &

- Tax Compliance:

- Ensure 100% compliance with direct and indirect taxation laws, including GST filing, TDS, PF, ESI, professional tax, and corporate tax filings.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits, tax audits, and GST assessments.

Working

Capital &

- Payroll Management:

- Oversee accounts receivable (AR)



and accounts payable (AP) cycles, ensuring healthy cash flow and prompt vendor/client settlements.

- Manage complex payroll processing, statutory deductions, and employee financial compliance across multi-location operations.

4. Team Leadership &

- Internal Controls:

- Lead, mentor, and guide the finance and accounts team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

- Strengthen internal financial controls, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to safeguard company assets.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Education: Qualified CMA (ICMAI).

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on experience handling independent accounting functions, preferably in a service-oriented mid-to-large organization.

- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Tally Prime, advanced MS Excel (MIS reporting, trackers), and ERP accounting software.

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, leadership qualities, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
