Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end solution releases across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

- Develop and maintain release plans, schedules, deployment calendars, and release documentation

.

- Coordinate release activities across development, QA, infrastructure, security, business, and project teams.

- Ensure all release requirements, dependencies, approvals, and readiness criteria are completed before deployment.

- Manage release risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests

.

- Coordinate production deployments and ensure smooth transition into live environments.

- Manage rollback and contingency plans for critical releases.

- Track release progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to change management, governance, and release control processes

.

- Coordinate post-release validation, defect resolution, and lessons learned.

- Maintain release records, deployment documentation, and audit trails.

- Support continuous improvement of release and deployment processes

.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in

Release Management, Deployment Management, or IT Service Management

.





- Experience managing releases for large-scale or high-complexity enterprise solutions

.

- Strong knowledge of

SDLC, Change Management, and Release Management processes

.

- Experience with

Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments

.

- Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

.

- Experience using tools such as

Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar

.

- Strong understanding of release planning, environment management, dependencies, and deployment governance

.

- Excellent risk, issue, and stakeholder management skills.

- Robust communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Ability to coordinate multiple technical and business teams simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- ITIL certification, particularly

ITIL Release/Change Management

.

- Experience with

ServiceNow Change and Release Management

.

- Knowledge of

AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments

.

- Experience with

DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure deployment

.

- Experience managing multi-system or integrated solution releases

.

- Relevant Release Management or IT Service Management certification.
