Hiring: Relationship Executive
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: Up to 27,000 CTC per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate current leads through calls, references, field visits, and other sales channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services to customers and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales/relationship/business development experience mandatory
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates based in or willing to work in Lucknow are preferred.
