Title of Role: Regional Sales - Manager/Sr. Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Head

Primary Responsibilities:

- Target Setting & Monitoring Define regional sales targets in alignment with business goals; monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of assigned teams and distributors.
- Key Account Management Manage and nurture strategic customers within the region, ensuring timely service, retention, and repeat business.
- Sales Team Support Guide field sales executives in lead generation, customer pitches, and deal closures; participate in key negotiations as needed.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback to adapt strategy and share insights with the central team.
- Team Training & Development Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance coaching to build capability and improve conversion ratios.
- Forecasting & Reporting Prepare accurate monthly sales forecasts, funnel reviews, and performance reports for senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Support,



and Logistics for lead nurturing, service, and delivery
- Collaborate with Finance for collections, credit approvals, and dealer performance
- Support Product and Technical Teams by sharing on-ground insights

Tools & Platforms:

- CRM Software
- Sales Dashboards / Funnel Management Tools
- Excel, PowerPoint, Email & Communication Platforms
