Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – West with 13+ years of experience in managing large-scale Smart City, Safe City, Command & Control Centre (ICCC), surveillance, security, and system integration projects.

The candidate will be responsible for managing regional operations, program delivery, customer relationships, system integration activities, and multiple project stakeholders across the West region.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Smart City, Safe City, ICCC and surveillance system integration programs across the West region.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management and closure.
- Oversee integration of technologies such as:
- CCTV & Video Surveillance

- Video Management Systems (VMS)

- ANPR / RLVD
- Command & Control Centres
- Access Control & Security Systems
- IoT and Smart City platforms
- Networking and communication infrastructure
- Emergency response and public safety systems
- Manage multiple project teams, system integrators, technology partners, OEMs and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards and contractual commitments.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, government authorities, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Drive regular project review meetings and provide MIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Identify project risks, dependencies and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with engineering, PMO, procurement, finance, HR and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project financials, billing, collections, margins and resource utilization.
- Manage regional manpower planning and ensure adequate deployment of technical and project resources.




- Support business development teams in new Smart City, Safe City, surveillance and system integration opportunities.
- Participate in RFP/RFQ discussions, technical presentations, solution discussions and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with government departments, police authorities, municipal corporations and other public-sector stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, security and quality requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

- 13+ years of overall experience in IT/ICT, system integration, infrastructure or technology project management.
- Strong experience in Smart City / Safe City / ICCC / Surveillance / Security System Integration projects.
- Experience in managing large-scale government or PSU projects will be preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of system integration, networking, surveillance and command-and-control technologies.
- Experience in project/program governance, stakeholder management, budgeting and risk management.
- Strong customer-facing and vendor-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage senior government and enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. '

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Telecommunications or a related field.
- MBA / PG qualification in Project Management, Technology Management or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / equivalent project management certification would be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end Smart City / Safe City programs, preferably involving ICCC, CCTV surveillance, ANPR, command centres, networking and multiple technology integrations, with strong exposure to government stakeholders and large system-integration environments.
