Role Description The Regional Growth Specialist – Educational Institutions Executive – Edtech is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with educational institutions to expand SkillDzire’s presence and programs. Day-to-day activities include meeting with college leadership and faculty, presenting SkillDzire’s offerings, negotiating institutional partnerships, and managing the onboarding of new partners.

The role involves coordinating growth initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns and projects that drive adoption.



The specialist will also gather feedback from institutions, refine outreach strategies, and ensure consistent communication and support to partner campuses.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess growth opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presentations, stakeholder management, and relationship building with educational institutions.
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking and Sales skills to design and execute creative outreach strategies, drive conversions, and achieve regional targets.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Relevant experience in edtech, education sales, campus outreach, or institutional partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Ability to travel within the region, work independently, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, education, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic reporting techniques to manage pipelines and growth activities.
