Role Description The Recruitment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the company, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes.

The Recruitment

Manager will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, design job descriptions, and ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs. Daily activities include maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment vendors and platforms, tracking hiring metrics, and ensuring a fair, inclusive hiring process. The role also involves onboarding support,



refining recruitment strategies, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain strong talent.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for a variety of roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, social media recruiting, and other talent acquisition tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage candidate relationships and offer discussions.
- Ability to analyze hiring data, track recruitment metrics, and optimize processes for efficiency and quality.
- Experience in event management, media, or entertainment industry recruitment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple hiring mandates in a rapid-paced environment.
