About The Role

We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic IT Recruiters to join our team at our Baner, Pune office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience to kick-start their careers in the recruitment industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Depending on your shift preference, you can choose between our domestic IT recruiter role during the day shift or the US IT recruiter role during the night shift. This position is initially temporary, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance after three to four months.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team are essential.

Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Baner, Pune. Prior experience in recruitment or sourcing is a plus but not mandatory,



as training will be provided to the selected candidates. A proactive mindset and eagerness to develop sourcing skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability.

- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
