Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment , with exposure to Real Estate and/or Management Consulting hiring , including Technology and Non-Technology roles.

The role involves managing hiring mandates, understanding client requirements, sourcing and assessing talent, building strong talent pipelines, and working closely with clients to ensure timely and quality closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Real Estate, Management Consulting, Technology and Non-Technology roles.
- Understand client requirements and translate business needs into transparent job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels .
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor mapping to build strong talent pipelines.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide regular updates on mandates.
- Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality of hire.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and daily/weekly hiring reports.




- Support client management activities and contribute to building long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process .
- Experience in Technology hiring is preferred, with exposure to Non-Tech hiring.
- Experience in Real Estate or Management Consulting recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to lateral and senior-level hiring is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience in market research, talent mapping, and competitor mapping is highly preferred.
- Strong client-facing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, MS Office, and ATS/recruitment tools .
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and work effectively within tight timelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
