About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition strategies across cutting-edge sectors such as manufacturing, data centers, semiconductors, and BioPharma.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier professionals to meet the technical and strategic needs of our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the nuances of each role, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates within specified timelines. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in technical recruitment within manufacturing, data centers, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors.



A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of industry-specific roles and skill sets.

You should be highly proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Bullhorn experience being highly desirable, and sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with candidates and clients at all levels. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment are critical.

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results will set you apart.

Responsibilities Industry-Focused Hiring: Identify, attract, and place top talent in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data center management, and life sciences roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks to build a diverse talent pipeline.

Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with niche talent pools, providing an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring high engagement levels.

ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Bullhorn, including job postings, candidate profiles, interview notes, and status updates.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical specifications, role requirements,



and team dynamics, providing consultative support throughout the recruitment process.

Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and attract top talent.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets, deadlines, and quality benchmarks, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
