We are looking for a Reception & Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day front desk and operations of our center in Buxar.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage reception and welcome customers/visitors
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, payments, and daily records
- Manage daily opening/closing and overall center operations
- Coordinate with customers and ensure a smooth experience
- Manage gaming customers and gaming sessions
- Handle PC, PS5 and VR gaming operations and basic customer support
- Coordinate with staff and ensure the center is clean, organized, and operational
- Handle basic computer/software issues when required
- Maintain inventory, cash/payment records, and daily reports
- Support online services and other operational activities when required

Requirements
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office, internet, email, printing and basic software
- Responsible, punctual,



and well-organized
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks
- Previous experience in reception, cyber cafe, gaming cafe, retail, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of PC gaming, PS5, or VR is an added advantage

Location: Buxar, Bihar Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills
