We are expanding our sales network and looking for ambitious, confident and action-oriented Sales Executives who want to build a high-income career in real estate.

This is not a traditional fixed-salary 9-to-5 role. It is a performance-based prospect where your income grows with the sales you generate.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to find potential customers, understand their requirements, show them the right property and help them complete their purchase.

Your work will include

- Generating potential customer leads
- Contacting and speaking with prospects
- Understanding their budget, requirements and investment goals
- Following up consistently with interested customers
- Meeting prospects and building relationships
- Conducting property/site visits
- Explaining project details, location, pricing and investment potential
- Handling customer questions and objections
- Negotiating and assisting in closing deals
- Building your own customer and referral network
- Maintaining regular follow-up with prospects until closure

What We Provide You don't need to figure out sales on your own. We will train you.

Delcon Homes will provide practical training on:

1. Lead Generation

Learn different methods to find potential property buyers and build a consistent pipeline of prospects.
1. Customer Approach

Learn how to contact prospects, start conversations, create interest and turn strangers into potential customers.
1. Understanding Customer Needs

Learn how to identify a customer's budget, purpose, urgency and property requirements.
1. Customer Handling

Training on communication, presentations, follow-ups and relationship building.
1. Objection Handling





Learn how to respond professionally when customers say:
- "Price zyada hai."
- "Soch ke batayenge."
- "Family se discuss karna hai."
- "Abhi investment nahi karna."
- "Dusri property bhi dekh rahe hain."

1. Site Visit Training

Learn how to present projects professionally and help customers make informed property decisions.

Learn practical sales processes and closing techniques to move qualified prospects toward a purchase. Our job is to teach you the system. Your job is to execute it.
