Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive with relevant experience in the real estate industry to generate and handle leads, client interactions, site visits, follow-ups, and sales closures across NOIDA & YEIDA.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Prospects with the Help of Calling (Either Cold Calling or on Leads)
- Handle incoming leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable plots, builder projects, off-plan properties, farmland, and industrial plots.
- Manage the sales process from lead qualification to site visit and closure.
- Conduct site visits and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and objections professionally..
- Keep track of follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and closure process.




- Achieve assigned quarterly (or monthly) sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Experience in selling plots, builder projects, off-plan properties, farmland, or industrial plots will be preferred.
- Very Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of the Noida / YEIDA / GNIDA real estate market.
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with up to 1 month notice period may also apply.
