? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Quality functions across Customer Quality, Process Quality, IQC and Supplier Quality
- Manage OEM customer complaints and ensure timely 8D/CAPA closure
- Drive FPY improvement and reduction of rejection/rework
- Lead supplier audits and supplier quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements
- Lead internal, external, customer and certification audits
- Develop supplier improvement plans and ensure closure of non-conformities
- Lead and mentor Quality, IQC, Process Quality and Supplier Quality teams
- Define and monitor departmental Quality KPIs
- Drive preventive quality and continuous improvement initiatives
