Role Description The Quality Assurance Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves designing and executing manual test cases, performing functional, regression, and usability testing, and ensuring deliverables meet defined quality standards.

The analyst will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements, identify defects, document issues, and verify fixes. Daily activities include preparing test plans, maintaining test documentation, tracking quality metrics,



and contributing to process improvements aligned with VirtuoWhiz’s commitment to continuous improvement. The role also requires clear communication of test results and risks to stakeholders and support during releases and post-go-live validation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in quality disciplines, including Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and creating, executing, and maintaining Test Cases.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying defects, troubleshooting issues, and interpreting data.
- Working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Ability to document findings clearly and use issue-tracking tools
- Positive communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple testing tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in enterprise systems, CRM/ERP, or business process automation projects is an advantage.
- Interest in continuous learning and process improvement aligned with VirtuoWhiz’s Kaizen culture.
