Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible QSR Outlet Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, lead the team, maintain food quality and safety standards, and achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet.

Ensure smooth opening, closing and shift operations.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Monitor food quality, taste, portion control and presentation.

Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene and company SOPs.

Manage inventory, stock receiving, storage and daily stock reconciliation.

Monitor food wastage and take corrective action to control costs.

Prepare and maintain daily sales, stock, wastage and operational reports.

Manage staff attendance, duty allocation, grooming and discipline.

Train and motivate team members to improve service and productivity.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

Monitor billing and cash handling procedures.

Ensure kitchen, equipment, dining and storage areas are clean and well maintained.

Conduct daily outlet checks and close all operational gaps.

Coordinate with purchase, maintenance, HR and operations teams.

Monitor food cost, labour cost and overall outlet profitability.





Ensure all equipment and operational facilities are used and maintained properly.

Maintain all required records, checklists and audit documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related field preferred.

2–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, food court or hospitality operations.

Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and restaurant SOPs.

Solid leadership and team-management skills.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of inventory, food cost and wastage control.

Comfortable using POS systems, MS Excel and daily operational reports.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
