Job Summary

Tattvam Ventures is looking for an experienced QS Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost control, contractor billing, rate analysis, and commercial coordination to ensure effective project cost management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.
- Verify contractor/subcontractor bills and site measurements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and quantities.
- Prepare comparative statements, work orders, and cost reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and Accounts.
- Verify completed works and quantities through regular site visits.
- Maintain proper records of BOQs, measurements, bills, and project costs.




- Support cost control and vendor/contractor negotiations.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, costing, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site measurements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
