Qdigi Services is looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused HHP Engineer to handle service and technical support for Home & Personal/Consumer Electronics products. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing product issues, carrying out repairs, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in HHP/consumer electronics products.
- Attend customer service requests and resolve technical complaints within defined TAT.
- Conduct installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance activities as required.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring product issues.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and spare parts during service.
- Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and required documentation.
