Conduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished construction chemical products while maintaining QC documentation, supporting production quality, and ensuring compliance with approved standards and procedures.Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Perform physical and chemical tests as per approved test methods and specifications.
- Ensure products such as waterproofing chemicals, tile adhesives, admixtures, epoxy, sealants, and other construction chemicals meet quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and conduct in-process quality checks.
- Maintain and update QC test reports, batch records, inspection reports, and other quality documents.
- Identify any non-conforming materials or products and report them to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with the Production, R&D;, and Purchase departments regarding quality-related issues.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and cleanliness of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Conduct retention sample management and stability testing where required.
- Assist in investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
- Follow ISO standards, SOPs, safety procedures, and quality systems.




- Ensure proper labeling and approval/rejection status of raw materials and finished goods.

Preferred Qualification B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant qualification.

- B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of construction chemicals and laboratory testing will be preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in construction chemicals, paints, adhesives, coatings, cement, or related manufacturing industries.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications may also be considered.
