Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage multiple Quality Assurance teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual and automation testing, excellent team management skills, and experience overseeing QA activities across multiple projects or teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor multiple QA teams across different projects.

- Define and implement QA strategies, processes, standards, and best practices.

- Oversee both manual and automation testing activities.

- Review and improve existing testing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.

- Plan and manage test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution activities.

- Ensure adequate test coverage across functional, regression, integration, system, and other relevant testing areas.

- Drive automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve automation coverage.

- Monitor QA team performance, testing progress, defects, and project quality metrics.

- Coordinate with Development, Product, Project Management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

- Identify project risks, quality issues, and potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Establish and track QA KPIs and prepare regular quality reports for management.

- Conduct regular reviews of testing processes, deliverables, and team performance.

- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and skill development of QA professionals.

- Ensure adherence to defined QA processes, standards, and documentation requirements.

- Stay updated with emerging testing tools, technologies,



and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing, with significant experience in a QA leadership or management role.

- Strong hands-on and managerial experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.

- Proven experience managing multiple QA teams and coordinating testing activities across different projects.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and QA methodologies.

- Experience in test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and reporting.

- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and testing tools.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.

Preferred

- Experience in setting up or improving QA processes and automation frameworks.

- Experience with CI/CD and integration of automated testing into deployment pipelines.

- Knowledge of performance, API, integration, and other specialized testing areas.

- Experience working with QA metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.

- Relevant QA/testing certifications such as ISTQB would be an advantage.
