About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Manager with strong expertise in Python, Django, and ReactJS to lead a team of developers and drive the successful delivery of web applications. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical expertise, people management skills, and experience in managing end-to-end software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to build seamless applications using ReactJS.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
- Plan, assign, and monitor project tasks while ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Manage project execution using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
- Identify technical risks and provide proactive solutions.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide technical guidance, and support team development.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of ReactJS (mandatory).
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, database design, and software architecture.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Exposure to AI/ML-based applications is an added advantage.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
