As a Pursuit Excellence - Oracle - SA, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects within an organization. You will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Oracle solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others.

You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills in business application consulting to help clients optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities

- Coordinating and managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects to align with strategic objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive project plans
- Allocating resources effectively to support project timelines and deliverables
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks to mitigate issues proactively
- Utilizing Oracle Project Resource Management tools to enhance project coordination and delivery
- Facilitating cross-functional team coordination to drive seamless integration of Oracle solutions
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships to support project success and client satisfaction
- Analyzing complex business needs to provide tailored Oracle solutions and training for clients
- Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency within projects
- Preparing and delivering program status reports to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
