- Position- SCM Purchase Executive
- Department: SCM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage the SCM process for brought-out parts.
- Plan and execute purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement.
- Possess sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, including casting and machining.
- Prepare and analyze Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) for components.
- Coordinate procurement of approximately 2,500 parts per month from a supplier base of 50+ vendors.
- Convert PRs into POs within 3 days.
- Resolve supplier quality-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through alternate sourcing and supplier development.
- Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of CI casting and machining processes.




- Possess strong negotiation, follow-up, and supplier management skills.

Education & Work Experience Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid command of language and communication skills to manage diverse suppliers effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP.
- Strong presentation skills for preparing and presenting weekly MIS reports and updates.
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality support.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within defined guidelines, processes, and organizational practices.
