Understand a customer RFQ, drawing, specification or business requirement quickly.

Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to build a complete response.

Prepare professional technical-commercial proposals, quotations, presentations and capability submissions.

Develop costing sheets and understand the commercial logic behind pricing that we get from our Plants/elsewhere.

Maintain disciplined follow-up on every enquiry, RFQ, NDA, proposal and customer action point.

Track opportunities through a structured CRM / sales pipeline.

Coordinate responses to customer questionnaires, supplier registrations, RFIs and RFQs.

Work comfortably across customers and teams in India, Europe, USA, Israel and the Middle East.





Use AI and modern digital tools intelligently for research, proposal development, data analysis and productivity.

Preferred Background

Engineering degree preferred Mechanical / Production / Automobile Industrial or related discipline.

Alternatively, a strong technical-commercial skilled with relevant manufacturing experience.

Approximately 37 years of experience in inside sales, proposals, estimation, business development support or technical sales.

Experience in automotive, fabrication, machining, or engineered products would be advantageous.

Exposure to international customers and export business is highly desirable.
