Myfinlaw is looking for an experienced professional (Male/Female) who has hands-on experience in conducting property title searches and preparing Search Reports for bank loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property title searches at Sub-Registrar Office / online records
- Verify chain of title documents
- Prepare accurate Title Investigation Reports / Search Reports for banks and financial institutions
- Examine property documents such as Sale Deeds, Agreements, Development Agreements, Index II, etc.
- Ensure reports are legally sound and delivered within timelines
Requirements:
- Experience in property document verification and title search work
- Familiarity with bank loan documentation and legal compliance
- Ability to independently prepare Search Reports / Title Reports
- Attention to legal detail and accuracy
