We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer – Installation to lead and manage the end-to-end installation of single-axis solar tracking systems across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end installation activities for single-axis solar tracking systems across multiple project locations.
- Plan and monitor daily and weekly installation activities to achieve project targets and schedules.
- Manage manpower, contractors, equipment, productivity, and site resources effectively.
- Coordinate civil activities including piling, alignment, level checking, foundations, and overall site readiness.
- Supervise MMS/tracker installation, including piles, torque tubes, sleeves, drive systems, motors, and structures.
- Ensure proper alignment, fitment, torque tightening, mechanical movement, and installation quality.
- Lead tracker testing, movement, tracking, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Stores, and Quality teams for smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with Client, EPC, and Consultants for inspections, approvals, progress meetings, and issue resolution.




- Identify and resolve technical, civil, mechanical, and execution-related site issues through timely corrective actions.
- Monitor project progress, risks, delays, NCRs, and punch points, and implement recovery plans wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Prepare regular progress reports and maintain proper installation, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of client observations and successful project/site handover.

Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering .
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC, MMS, tracker installation, mechanical project execution, or a related field.
- Strong experience in site execution, manpower management, project coordination, and installation supervision.
- Valuable understanding of mechanical installation, alignment, commissioning, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations.
