nPosition Summary

nThe Program Manager will lead and drive projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams,

nensuring effective stakeholder communication and project execution. Responsibilities include

nsupporting senior leadership, overseeing project planning and updates, consistent communication

nwith clients and stakeholders and achieving quality and budget objectives.

nCore Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
n
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and constraints.
n
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and objectives.
n
- Allocate resources, tasks, and responsibilities to project team members.
n
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; take corrective actions as needed.
n




- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Manage project contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships.
n
- Conduct regular project meetings, reviews, and status reports.
n
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
n
- Manage changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements.

- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and performance.

- Lead project risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies.

- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.

nEducation Requirements

nBachelors/master’s degree in electrical engineering

- Experience in managing design projects from conception to implementation

- Ability to coordinate with other engineers and stakeholders

- Renewable Energy Systems:

- Understanding of solar energy systems and their integration into existing infrastructure

- Experience

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Solar Sector. (Consultancy experience is highly preferred).
