Project Manager - Hardware Deployment | Remote India

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Hardware Deployment to manage end-to-end IT hardware deployment projects and ensure successful delivery across multiple stakeholders, vendors and customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end hardware deployment projects from planning through completion.
- Build detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and deployment schedules.
- Coordinate with multiple hardware vendors, service partners and technical teams.
- Manage project deliverables and ensure activities remain on schedule and within agreed scope.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues and escalations.
- Coordinate resources required for deployment activities.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure committed deliverables are achieved.
- Manage customer/stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
- Conduct weekly/bi-weekly project governance calls.
- Manage project documentation, status reports and project dashboards.
- Track project budget, costs, financials, forecasting and commercial commitments.
- Manage scope changes, risks and project dependencies.
- Ensure smooth deployment completion and project closure.

Required Experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT Services / Technology.




- Strong experience managing IT Hardware Deployment / Infrastructure Deployment projects.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing project plans and deployment schedules.
- Experience managing multiple vendors / third-party service providers.
- Strong experience in tracking project deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Experience with project financial management, budget/cost tracking, forecasting or commercial management.
- Solid customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with US/UK or global customers/stakeholders is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working with global stakeholders and customer-facing teams.

Ideal Background Candidates from IT Infrastructure, Hardware Deployment, Field Services, Managed Services, Enterprise IT, Network/Infrastructure Deployment or Technology Services backgrounds are preferred.
