/n /n Role Description /n /n Runs post-editing delivery across a portfolio of language pairs on a client-owned translation management platform, against a fixed batch service level. /n What you will own /n • Own a portfolio of language pairs end to end: project configuration, resource allocation, deadlines and delivery. /n • Validate incoming machine translation output on receipt — file integrity, tags, segment completeness — and report defects before the clock starts. /n • Run translation memory analysis, confirm word counts by match category, and reconcile them against the rate card. /n • Assign and manage post-editors, editors and proofreaders; monitor throughput and intervene early. /n • Generate project completion reports and monthly volume utilisation reports from platform data. /n • Escalate anything that threatens the batch service level within hours, not days. /n What you need /n • 4+ years localisation project management, including multi-language programmes. /n • Hands-on experience with an enterprise TMS — memoQ, Trados, Phrase, XTM, Smartcat or equivalent. /n • Fluent with match categories, leverage analysis and word count reconciliation. /n • Evidence of holding a service level under volume pressure. /n Helpful to have /n • Post-editing workflow experience under ISO 18587. /n • European or CJK language-pair exposure. /n
