Role Description The Project Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to lending platforms and digital transformation initiatives for NBFC partners, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.

The Project

Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and analytics, monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include defining project requirements,



creating detailed project plans, tracking milestones, managing vendors and logistics where required, and ensuring that implementation meets quality and regulatory standards. The role also involves optimizing processes, supporting continuous improvement, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills for tracking deliverables, coordinating timelines, and ensuring on-time completion of project activities.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to oversee quality checks, compliance reviews, and validation of project outputs.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, vendors, and implementation schedules across locations.
- Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services projects is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
