Project Manager – US Night Shift

Shift: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to manage and coordinate projects for our US-based operations. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage teams, timelines, deliverables, and client requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take appropriate corrective action.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates.
- Manage project resources and ensure effective allocation of tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
- Handle client communication and resolve project-related concerns professionally.




- Track project performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Support process improvements and implement effective project management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management or a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team-management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of project management tools, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with US-based clients and teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skill set.
- 5-day working week.
- Saturday & Sunday fixed weekly offs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹2,143,233.42 per month
