Key Responsibilities

School-Level Support (approx. 50%)

- Visit assigned schools on a regular schedule to support teachers and headmasters
- Handhold teachers and headmasters in using the NIPUN Maharashtra app for FLN assessments
- Troubleshoot on-ground issues with app usage and data entry
- Record videos of students and teachers using the app, for training and documentation purposes, following VOPA’s and the school’s child safeguarding and consent protocol
- Build working relationships of trust with school staff

Office-Based Coordination (approx. 50%)

- Track app usage and assessment progress across assigned schools
- Report school-level issues, gaps, and feedback to the core NIPUN team
- Maintain visit logs and school-wise documentation
- Assist in preparing summaries and reports of school visits
- Support SCERT or district-level correspondence relevant to assigned schools, as needed

Communication





- Provide regular reporting to the Program team on school-wise status
- Flag challenges early - connectivity issues, device problems, teacher hesitation, and similar on-ground constraints

Education Qualification

- Holds a graduate or post-graduate degree in Education, Social Work, or any other relevant discipline
- Has 0–2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply
- Is comfortable with smartphones and app-based tools, and can troubleshoot basic issues
- Is willing to travel locally within Pune for regular school visits
- Has positive interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers and headmasters
- Is comfortable with basic documentation and reporting
- Demonstrates mission alignment with improving public education

Salary Range 2.5 - 3.3 LPA
