Key Responsibilities

1. Security Program & Implementation Delivery

Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of enterprise security projects from planning and requirements through deployment, go-live, stabilization and BAU handover. Translate established security requirements and strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans.

Establish project governance, milestones, timelines, resource plans, dependencies and delivery metrics.

Manage multiple concurrent security implementations and maintain an integrated security implementation roadmap.

Drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of implementation dependencies.

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines and quality parameters.

1. Security Implementation

Lead and coordinate the implementation of enterprise security initiatives and technologies across the organization. Work closely with security engineering, IT infrastructure, cloud, application and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

Understand technical requirements, infrastructure dependencies, integrations and implementation constraints.

Ensure security requirements are appropriately translated into implementation activities.

Identify technical and operational challenges early and drive appropriate resolution.

Ensure implementations are aligned with organizational security requirements, policies and standards.

1. Vendor & Partner Management

Lead OEM, vendor, consultant and system integrator engagements throughout the implementation lifecycle. Manage SOW deliverables, implementation milestones, resource commitments, SLAs and dependencies.

Track vendor performance against agreed commitments.





Drive vendor escalations and resolution of implementation blockers.

Coordinate commercial and contractual dependencies with Procurement, Finance and relevant stakeholders.

1. Organizational Change & Adoption

Lead change management activities associated with deployment of current security technologies, processes and controls. Identify adoption challenges, operational bottlenecks and resistance early and drive corrective actions.

Ensure impacted teams understand changes to processes, responsibilities and operating procedures.

Coordinate knowledge transfer for operational and business teams.

Drive smooth transition from project implementation to operational ownership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of total IT experience, including significant experience in Information/Cybersecurity project implementation.

Demonstrated experience owning enterprise security implementations from initiation through production and BAU transition.

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent security projects/programs.

Strong experience in cross-functional coordination and senior management engagement.

Demonstrated experience managing external vendors, OEMs, consultants and implementation partners.

Experience leading organizational change and technology adoption initiatives.

Good understanding of infrastructure security and enterprise IT environments.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, security controls and implementation processes.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options and drive practical solutions.

Experience managing project risks, dependencies, budgets, resources and delivery schedules.
