About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager (Remote | India) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic technical programs that span across engineering, product, and business functions.

Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating complex projects, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the development of industry-leading AI platforms and contribute to the growth of a rapidly scaling organization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong project management skills, with a background that includes:

- 4–7 years of total professional experience,



preferably in technology or software development environments.
- Current role as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and executive leadership teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced product organizations with weekly or faster release cycles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a bias for action.
- Familiarity with billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transactions is highly desirable.
- Strong plus: Experience at a payments/fintech company or ownership of billing/payment initiatives.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, including:

- Developing comprehensive program plans, defining key milestones, and tracking progress to ensure timely execution.
- Managing dependencies, identifying risks and blockers, and coordinating efforts across multiple teams.
- Driving alignment and collaboration among Engineering,



Product, Design, and Business stakeholders.
- Leading release planning activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Monitoring program health through metrics, dashboards, and regular updates to leadership teams.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery predictability.
- Ensuring that project execution aligns with overall business priorities and delivers measurable customer impact.
