We are Hiring for Associate Program Manager & Program Manager
- Manage relationships with government bodies, institutions, and industry partners
- Drive program implementation, outreach, and student engagement
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams (trainers, coordinators,
placement officers)
- Track program progress, KPIs, and reporting (monthly/quarterly)
- Ensure achievement of enrollments, training delivery, and placements
- Identify challenges and implement solutions for smooth execution
? Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate (MBA / MSW preferred)
- 2–10 years of experience in program management / CSR / skilling / education
- Solid stakeholder management & team handling skills
- Excellent communication & reporting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and willingness to travel
