Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic and strategic leadership for the CSE department.
- Lead teaching and academic planning across UG, PG and Ph.D. programmes.
- Drive research, Scopus/WoS publications, Ph.D. supervision, funded projects and consultancy.
- Lead curriculum development aligned with NEP, OBE and industry requirements.
- Mentor and develop faculty and support faculty recruitment.
- Lead NBA, NAAC, UGC and AICTE compliance and accreditation activities.
- Build industry, research and international academic collaborations.
- Promote student research, innovation, internships and industry projects.
- Manage departmental resources, budgets and academic quality initiatives.
- Contribute to institutional growth, rankings and strategic planning.

Eligibility

- Ph.D.



in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline from a recognized university as per applicable UGC Regulations.
- Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience in universities, premier institutions or industry R&D.;
- Strong academic leadership/administrative experience.
- Strong research and publication record in Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals.
- Experience in Ph.D. supervision and funded research projects is preferred.

Preferred Profile

- Experience as HOD, Dean, Director, Professor, or equivalent academic leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of NBA, NAAC, UGC, AICTE and OBE.
- Proven ability to lead faculty teams and drive institutional/departmental growth.
- Strong industry and research network.
