Job SummarySkyyRider Electric Private Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise the production team, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and manpower allocation.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Monitor assembly, manufacturing, and vehicle production processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate production workers and technicians.
- Monitor raw materials, tools, components, and inventory requirements.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
- Maintain daily production reports, records, and documentation.
- Minimize production downtime, material wastage, and process inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores,



Purchase, Service, and Operations teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of production equipment.
- Train and guide workers on production processes and safety procedures.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong production and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes.
- Good understanding of quality and safety standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Experience in the automobile/EV industry will be preferred.

QualificationDiploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field. What We Offer
