Role Summary

Coordinate and manage the production planning and scheduling for the manufacturing of men’s category products. Work closely with sales and supply chain teams to deliver customer level OTIF targets. Collaborate with the In-house production heads, outsourced production head and the head of men’s category to strategically manage production workflow between inhouse vs outsource production units.

Collaborate with procurement, Quality control and warehouse team to strategically manage the capacity of all the production units to meet the needs of our customers while satisfying quality, inventory, cost and delivery requirements.

Role Responsibilities

Production planning:

- Collate and analyze all production planning inputs Sales orders, sales forecasts, custom / special orders, and develop strategic plans for in-house and outsourced production of men’s category products in order to ensure target OTIF delivery
- Analyze production load and resource & capacity restrictions for inhouse and outsourced units. Perform load leveling on the build plan to allow for production capacity adjustment to ensure seamless production capacity management
- Provide support and consultation to the sales department on behalf of the Production Manager about scheduling data, status-to-date, and process controls, and forecasts completions and computations of various tasks. Work with sales team and senior leadership to ensure 100% of the sales forecasting is done on basis of OTIF

· Analyze current production planning systems,



tools and mechanism. Propose, gain approval for, and lead implementation of improved production planning methods, tools, and reports with collaboration with senior leadership

Production Management:

- Collaborate with sales team to maintain updated and consolidated sales forecasts in the sales forecasting system. Translate the consolidated sales forecasts into a master production schedule / build schedules for in-house and outsourced production units
- Prepare and distribute weekly production schedules / work order dispatch lists to in-house and outsourced production units. Monitor daily schedule status and communicate scheduling problems or concerns to Management
- Work closely with procurement teams to create Material Requisition Plan on basis of sales forecast & allocate volume to FOB FG purchase and ensure availability of RM/PM for production and final delivery
- Collaborate with quality control team to Initiate and coordinate internal corrective action for internal quality problems
- Compile and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual MES worker production sheets to establish efficiencies and present findings to leadership for necessary actions
