- Strong experience in woven and/or knit garment production.
- Hands-on experience in managing production lines, supervisors, operators, and large shop-floor teams.
- Strong understanding of production planning, line balancing, capacity planning, IE concepts, quality management, and garment manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with international buyers and export-oriented manufacturing environments will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of production MIS, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven manufacturing environment.
