- Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring effective workflow.
- Managing production schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Coordinating with other departments to optimize production processes.
- Proper reports to be prepared for production (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Maintaining FG, WIP proper data
- Meeting production targets as given by Planning Department.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Leading and developing the production team.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining Line budgets
Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month CTC
