Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Mumbai.

The Production

Engineer will oversee day-to-day production activities for chemical plant equipment, including planning workflows, monitoring fabrication processes, and coordinating with design, quality, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, optimizing resource utilization, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolving production issues on the shop floor. The role involves preparing production reports,



supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet delivery timelines and technical requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Experience in fabrication or manufacturing of process/chemical plant equipment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of welding, machining, and fabrication processes, as well as safety and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work on-site in Palghar manage multiple priorities, and use basic production and documentation software.
