Coordinate product development projects for domestic and commercial portfolios, including development of technical specifications for compressors, electrical components, and external configurations. Responsible for cost base control and delivering improved products that meet local market requirements.
1. Main Responsibilities
2. Define project scope and objectives by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
3. Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget, and required quality standards.
4. Prepare detailed project plans, monitor project progress, and manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate project management techniques.
5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and business requirements.
6. Review and approve technical certifications and risk management documentation for current product developments, ensuring compliance with performance, reliability, and cost requirements while following engineering best practices.
7. Provide technical support to cross-functional teams including:
- Procurement (supplier certification and component development)
- Quality Operations (internal/external quality concerns)
- Sales Technical Support (samples and product homologation)
- Logistics (phase-in/phase-out planning)
- PMO teams (local and corporate)
- Supervise workloads and audit projects before production release to ensure all customer requirements, compliance standards, and quality procedures are incorporated into the design.

- Or related disciplines
