Role Description The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of wealthtech products, from discovery and definition to launch and iterative improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, conducting user and market research, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams. The role involves translating customer insights into clear product features, writing detailed product specifications and user stories, coordinating sprints, and monitoring product performance using data-driven metrics.

The Product

Manager will also align product initiatives with business goals, support go-to-market plans with marketing and sales, and ensure a seamless, compliant user experience for customers.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Qualifications

- Ability to define product vision and strategy, manage roadmaps, and prioritize features in alignment with business and customer needs.
- Experience in user research and market analysis, including gathering customer feedback, analyzing usage data, and identifying opportunities for product improvement.
- Skills in requirement gathering, writing product specifications and user stories, and working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Competence in product analytics, KPI tracking, and using data to drive decisions and measure product success.
- Familiarity with wealth management, fintech, or financial services products; understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in the Indian context is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a user-centric mindset and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in product management or finance are advantageous.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a technology-driven organization, preferably in fintech or consumer-facing platforms.
