About PredicTx Health

We’re building healthcare technology designed to support better cancer care. Our work spans clinical software, patient-facing experiences, healthcare interoperability and machine learning. We’re a multidisciplinary team across engineering, product, design, ML and research, working together to turn complex clinical problems into secure, reliable and intuitive technology that can operate in real-world healthcare environments.

Our Culture

We care about doing valuable work and understanding why we’re doing it. We value systems thinking, high level of ownership, and clear communication . We want people who are curious, comfortable challenging assumptions, and willing to say when they don’t know something. We work collaboratively, with engineers working closely with product, design, ML and research rather than operating in silos.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join the Design team at PredicTx Health. You’ll work across our digital health products, designing thoughtful and intuitive experiences for clinicians, patients, and other healthcare stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment . You’ll work closely with the Head of Product & Design and the broader team, but you’ll be expected to take ownership of problems, think critically, and drive your work forward with a high degree of independence.

Responsibilities

- Own design work end-to-end , from understanding the problem and requirements through user flows, prototyping, high-fidelity design, testing, iteration, and engineering handoff.
- Translate complex healthcare workflows and requirements into clear, intuitive product experiences.
- Work within and contribute to our design systems ,

creating consistent and scalable experiences across products.
- Apply systems thinking to design decisions, considering how components, patterns, states, workflows, and interactions fit into the broader product ecosystem.
- Work closely with product, engineering, clinical, and research stakeholders.
- Critically evaluate requirements and proposed solutions rather than simply executing what is given to you.
- Proactively identify gaps, edge cases, risks, and unanswered questions and work through them.
- Move quickly, manage competing priorities, and adapt as product needs evolve.

Requirements

- Strong product design and UI/UX and research fundamentals.
- Experience working in Figma
- A high level of ownership and self-sufficiency
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills , with the ability to question assumptions and clearly articulate the rationale behind your decisions.
- Strong systems thinking and an understanding of how individual design decisions affect the wider product experience.
- Experience working with design systems , including knowing when to reuse, extend, or challenge existing components and patterns.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high bar for quality.
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical technology, regulated software, or another regulated industry is highly regarded .

This role is suited to an early-career designer who is ready for meaningful responsibility and rapid growth. We’re looking for someone who can think independently, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and take ownership of their work.
