Job Summary

BuildMyInfra is looking for a Procurement Executive – Electrical with 2–3 years of experience in electrical procurement, preferably from an EPC, infrastructure, construction or MEP company.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing electrical materials, vendor management, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders and timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure electrical materials as per BOQ, drawings and project requirements.
- Source and develop reliable electrical vendors and suppliers.
- Float RFQs, obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and warranties.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply issues.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Site, Stores and Accounts teams.
- Ensure materials meet required technical specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain vendor database,



procurement records and MIS.
- Identify cost-saving and alternate sourcing opportunities.

Key Materials Electrical Panels, Cables, Switchgear, MCB/MCCB/ACB, Transformers, DG Sets, UPS, Batteries, Lighting, Cable Trays, Earthing Materials, Motors, VFDs, Conduits, Electrical Accessories and related items.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical procurement/purchase.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of electrical materials and brands.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
- Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.

Preferred Experience Candidates from EPC / Infrastructure / MEP / Construction / Electrical Contracting companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
