Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials.
- Execute strategic sourcing and vendor development activities.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate quotations, prepare comparative analyses, and release purchase orders.
- Ensure timely material procurement aligned with operational requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and compliance standards.
- Maintain procurement MIS, documentation, and inventory coordination.
- Identify alternate sourcing opportunities and market trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
- 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Prior exposure to FMCG, Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Solid expertise in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
