Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement of Civil/Mechanical materials, equipment, and services.
- Source and develop current vendors and maintain existing vendor relationships.
- Float RFQs, evaluate technical & commercial quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Understand BOQs, drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
- Follow up with vendors for delivery, inspection, quality documents, and dispatch.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate vendors.
- Maintain procurement records and MIS in ERP and MS Excel.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5–8 years in Procurement / Purchase, preferably in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Engineering industries.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
