Procurement CAPA Remediation – Program Lead

Tech Stack: SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Oracle, Ariba, Dynamics, Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Smartsheet, MS Project.

Role: Program Lead responsible for procurement workflow redesign, requirements gathering, digital solutions, system implementations, testing, validation, change management, KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement within regulated manufacturing.

Required: 5+ years leading procurement, supply chain, master data, or transformation projects in regulated manufacturing. Solid experience with CAPA remediation, supplier onboarding, vendor/material master governance, and ERP implementations. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, MDG, Oracle, Ariba, or Dynamics. Experience with ISO 13485, FDA/GxP, SOX, UAT, and stakeholder management preferred.

Work type: Remote support role

Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily

US shift (generally till 12:30 AM IST sometimes meeting can happen till 2:30 AM)
